Project Description

INDIAN QUEENS 400kV SUBSTATION – Main Scope of Work is Circuit Breaker Replacement.
• Substation Engineering Services will replace the following equipment;
o 3 off FMLG CTs and 3 off CVTs on the Landulph 2 circuit.
o 2 off CTVs on the Taunton 1 circuit.
• SES will also Dismantle, Remove and Dispose of the existing 400kV AT4ML ABCB, 2 sets of 400kV CTs and steel support structures; including the marshalling Kiosk, as well as the associated air pipework, busbars and connections.

• Installation of a new Mitsubishi 400kV Circuit Breaker along with the associated Marshalling Kiosk.
• Installation of Mechanical and Electrical Interlocks
• Modification of existing Protection
• Installation of 6 x 400kV CTs and associated Busbars Clamps and Fixings
• Multicore Cable Laying, Glanding and Termination
• Installation of above ground Earthing for the new CB and CTs, and High Frequency Earthing of the CVTs
