The role of the Site Manager has changed dramatically over the last few years with greater emphasis on Health, Safety & the Environment. The Site Manager is a vital part of a site construction team and is ultimately responsible for all activities on the site during the construction phase of a project. All SES Ltd Site Managers are time served engineers with many years experience in the Power Industry both in the UK and overseas.

SES Ltd also offer a Project Management service for larger projects to manage, monitor and control projects from concept to handover. Our Project Managers will offer leadership to a project team and monitor and report time, cost, and quality, as well as taking responsibility for all hiring of equipment, subcontractors and sourcing specialist suppliers. Our Project Managers take a proactive role with respect to the monitoring of the Health, Safety and Environmental issues including CDM, and actively participate in Risk Management, Site Management, Commissioning and Project Review meetings to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
