We are delighted to announce that Substation Engineering Services Ltd (SES) has officially joined Hanab, marking an exciting next step in our continued growth.
SES will become part of the Hanab Energy Solutions division. Hanab is a leading Dutch company specialising in energy, technology and connectivity. It delivers high-voltage EPC projects and has extensive experience in engineering and project management across the 110–380 kV domain. Hanab is also active in the UK through Green Frog Connect and AMS Trenchless.
Since 2004, SES has built a strong reputation as a specialist in substation installation, commissioning and project management, working from distribution level up to 400 kV transmission level. The partnership combines our UK experience and technical expertise with Hanab’s broader EPC and project management capabilities. Together, we will be better positioned to take on larger and more complex projects and support the growing demand for reliable, future-proof electricity networks.
For our employees, customers and partners, continuity remains central. SES will continue to operate under its current name for the time being, and with a strong degree of autonomy. Our current management team will remain responsible for day-to-day operations, and existing roles, workplaces, contracts and customer services remain unchanged.
In the coming period, our focus will be on getting to know our new colleagues, sharing knowledge and identifying opportunities to work together with Hanab Energy Solutions and Green Frog Connect. The integration will take place in phases and will be communicated clearly throughout the process to everyone involved.
